Editing and publishing
Add or update a person as a draft and publish after review. A person’s email address is published only when the consent box is ticked.
On your website
A people list can appear on any page, in the order you set. Each person has a page under /people (or /equipe in French).
Who can do what
Authors draft their own entries, editors draft and edit, and publishers publish. Site administrators turn the module on or off for a site. Which modules your organization can use is set by its agreement.
Limits
- Portraits and groups, such as board and staff, are coming in a later release.
- This is a public directory, not a member or staff system.
