Website platform for organizations
Your organization’s website.
Without the website complexity.
We build the website. Your team can manage it. Plenvera maintains the platform underneath. Our team plans, designs and builds your site—from one of our templates or fully custom—and your staff keep its pages, news, people and resources up to date in a simple CMS.
Plenvera is in early access with a small group of pilot organizations. Our team builds each site with the organization.
Demo dataHow it works
- 01
Tell us what you need.
We agree on your goals, pages, content to bring over and design direction with you.
- 02
We design and build it.
Our team builds your site from a Plenvera template or as a custom design, and sets up every piece of content your team will edit.
- 03
Review and launch.
You review the real site privately before it goes live, then we launch it on your domain. Colours are checked for contrast first.
- 04
Your team keeps it current.
Your staff update pages, news, people and resources in the CMS. We maintain the platform and make larger design changes with you.
Update the content. Leave the code alone.
Edit pages, add news, publish resources and update your team information in a connected CMS. Drafts stay separate from the public website until an authorized person publishes them.
Pages built from content blocks
Editors arrange headings, text, calls to action and module lists in structured blocks, not free-form code.

Nothing goes live by accident
Drafts stay separate from the public website. A private preview shows a draft as it will look, and a publisher publishes the version they reviewed. Autosave never publishes.

Every published version, kept
See what was published and when. Restoring an older version brings it back as a draft to review.
Demo dataWho drafts, who publishes
Roles decide who drafts, who publishes and who manages the site.
- OwnerManages the organization, its team, websites and export.
- Site administratorManages a website’s settings, design, modules and domains.
- PublisherPublishes content after review.
- EditorDrafts and edits content; cannot publish.
- AuthorDrafts their own content.
- Billing administratorSees the organization’s agreement; cannot edit or publish content.
A shared platform doesn’t mean identical websites.
Choose and customize a Plenvera template, or work with WebKroo on a custom design. Both use the same content platform, so a distinctive website doesn’t require starting the backend over.
Sector templates
A relevant starting point—not a blank screen.
Template or custom design
Both run on the same content platform.

Bring your content. Keep the useful history.
We plan content, documents, addresses and redirects, then test the result before your domain changes. Plan your migration
Approved design options
Customization uses approved design options and reviewed components. Uploading your own code isn’t supported.
Your team has information to share. Not a website stack to maintain.
When hosting, plugins, editors and support live in different places, even routine updates can become a project. Plenvera brings your website and content management onto one maintained platform, with help available when you need it.
