Resources

Publish annual reports, guides, policies and links to useful material, with a description of each so people know what they will find.

Fields

  • Title and address
  • Type: document, report, guide, form or link
  • Category
  • A PDF or image to download, or the web address of the document
  • Date
  • Summary and description
  • Language, linked to its translation

Editing and publishing

Create the resource as a draft with its description and link, preview it, and publish after review.

On your website

A resource list can appear on any page, newest first. Each resource has a page under /resources (or /ressources in French), and resources appear in site search.

Who can do what

Authors draft their own entries, editors draft and edit, and publishers publish. Site administrators turn the module on or off for a site. Which modules your organization can use is set by its agreement.

Limits

  • Only PDFs and images can be attached; other formats are linked from where they live.
  • There is no member-only access to resources: an attached file is public once the resource is published.
